For regular products, we make according to the customer's desired size.
For the most of one of a kinds rings are able to resized in ±#2-3.

Delivery date

Items in stock will be shipped within 5 business days.
Items that require production or resize will be delivered by the delivery date written on each site.

Shipping

Duties and VAT are not included in the total at checkout. Duties and VAT are determined by the destination country where applicable.
Duties and VAT are based on the value of the order for goods imported into the destination country. Please understand that custom duty, VAT or other costs are to be borne by the customer.

International orders are arrived via EMS Japan’s post system.

Returns and Exchanges

We cannot accept returns or exchanges.

Although we take great care in packaging, in the unlikely event that the product is defective or damaged due to an accident during shipping, or if you receive a different product, please contact us within 7 days from the date of arrival.
